Basically what this cheam cheena sentence abv means:
If you don't make promises recklessly, you won't disappoint me,
if I don't make promises easily, I won't disappoint you...

Find it really true to a large extent..

Lies, this whole world is full of lies..
Too many examples in this world..

How many times you said that you're gonna stop buying cigarettes.?
How many times you said tt you were gonna quit smoking.?
How many times you promised to stop gambling.?
How many times you promised to stop drinking.?
How many times you swear to stop swearing.?
How many times were you late for meet ups.?

How many lies you said to yourself.??
